In order to use this website, a user must first complete the order form in which you will need to give your contact information (such as name and email address). Anyone determined by BannerAddict to have violated these terms and conditions are subject to being banned from BannerAddict with no prior notice and with no obligation by BannerAddict to redeem any earned credits. BannerAddict reserves the right to deactivate accounts for web sites that display an inordinate number of banners for or links to competing banner exchange services. Sites that contain little or no original content, are also subject to deactivation. Any member determined to be artificially inflating traffic counts will be immediately banned from the Exchange with no recourse. Any member determined to be "substituting" unapproved banners in place of approved banners will be immediately banned with no further recourse. Members agree to include the full unmodified HTML code provided by BannerAddict for displaying banner ads on their web site, in as many or few pages as they wish. BannerAddict reserves the right to verify the placement and correctness of its HTML code through any means. Members acknowledge that BannerAddict is a free service that may be supported by sponsors. At any given time, BannerAddict HTML code on a member's web site may display an advertisement from a sponsor, from another member, or from BannerAddict or an asociate thereof. All HTML codes must be placed on a page so that the majority of people visiting that page will see the banner ads that are being shown. The following types of sites are NOT allowed to participate in BannerAddict Banner Exchange: Sites containing pornographic material, sites with links to pornographic sites, sites encouraging illegal activity or racism, sites providing instructions or discussions about performing illegal activities, sites engaged in libelous or harassing activities, sites that promote or utilize software or services designed to deliver unsolicited e-mail, sites that are otherwise inappropriate. BannerAddict at its sole discretion will determine whether sites may participate in BannerAddict. Members acknowledge and agree that their web site information (name, URL, traffic counts, etc.) may be utilized by BannerAddict. Possible uses include (but are not limited to) lists of the busiest sites, lists of member sites, etc. All members acknowledge that using the services of BannerAddict is at their own risk.
